Everything you need to know about AmzExpire — the Amazon FBA expiry date tracker built to protect your profits.
AmzExpire is a web app built for Amazon FBA sellers to track product expiry dates in one clean dashboard. It color-codes your inventory into Critical (≤3 days), Warning (≤7 days), and Safe (8+ days) so you always know which products need immediate action.
Log into Amazon Seller Central, go to Reports → Fulfillment → Inventory Age, and download the CSV. Then upload it to AmzExpire using the "Import CSV" button. Our parser automatically detects product names, SKUs, ASINs, expiry dates, and quantities — even if your column order is different.
Yes. AmzExpire has a free plan that lets you track up to 3 products forever with no credit card required. The Pro plan at $6.50/month unlocks unlimited product tracking and unlimited CSV bulk imports.
AmzExpire alerts you before products expire so you have time to act. For Critical items (≤3 days), it recommends submitting an FBA removal or disposal order. For Warning items (≤7 days), it suggests running a Lightning Deal or dropping the price to accelerate sales. This lets you move inventory before Amazon charges removal fees.

Amazon requires that FBA products with expiry dates have at least 90 days of remaining shelf life when they arrive at a fulfillment center. Products within 50 days of expiry may be marked unsellable and subject to removal or disposal fees.
